Moving Zero Posters to new usegroup

Hi,

I'm looking for an easy way to move users who have made zero posts to a new usergroup so I can set different user permissions for them.

Is there an easy way to do this without having to go through the member list and doing it one by one?

Or is there a mod out there that can move zero posters to the new usergroup?

I'm using 3.8.1

Actually it is easier to move all users with > 0 posts to a new usergroup with a promotion.
