Import a List of Emails

If I have a list of emails on a .txt file, is there a way I can import it in my vBulletin DB in order to send them my newsletter?

You migh be able to use the textfile importer of ImpEx.

A username and email is required, but if you have a list of emails, you could quickly use a spreadsheet to extract a username from theemail address and put it in a 2nd column.
