Calender Permissions?

I'm wondering how to edit my calender...or create a whole new one.

If I cannot create a New Calender, I'm looking to make it so birthdays do not show up in the calender. We're trying to use our Calender for specific releases. We want it to be entertainment related and have CD releases...Movie releases...Game Releases...everything. Is there any way to code that or...at least make it so only Administrators can add the stuff to the Calender?

If I can create a whole new calender, how do I do that? I want it to be like "Upcoming Releases" or something along those lines.

BUMP...I'm also looking for a way to add a completely new table in the What's Going On Box....Something aboe Today's Birthdays and below the Forum Statistics called "Today's Releases"...that way it can seperate birthdays and Releases.

There is a section for Calendars in the admin cp. You may add a new calendar there and set it to not show birthdays or or holidays... or just use the calendar that is there and edit it to not show birthdays. You can also set it to show on the main page. I suggest you just go look at that section.
