What PHP file outputs the CSS file which is in clientscript/vbulletin_css?
Im experimenting with CSS compression and want to try it with vB :)
EDIT: If youre interested you can compress CSS (http://www.imben.co.uk/dev/CSSCompression/) manually here

You mean that creates the files that get put into the folder vbulletin_css? I think that is the includes/adminfuctions_template.php that does it. Take a look at the file and see if it is doing what you are talking about.

Is it possible to make something like this into a plugin? Im not sure if there is a hook available to do this :|

I'm sure it is. Just look in the page for a hook.
