How do I set added forums to alphabetical order?

How do I set added forums to alphabetical order?

everytime i add a new category with a child forum, it asks me for display order, is their a way to set it to alphabetical order, when i leave it on 0, it does not make it alphabetical

can someone help please.. thank you

Short answer: No, you will need to sort them yourself by setting the display order.

There was a code edit posted here at one time to do it (I think I posted it). However, it will put *all* your forums in alphabetical order - first categories, then sub-forums, etc. You can't switch back and forth between some by Display Order and some Alphabetical. You'll have to do a search for it though.
