language files upload problem

Hi,

My forum version is vBulletin 3.7.3 Patch Level 1, ibProArcade version 2.6.5+. Arcade's default language is English. I want to change the langauge as Turkish, we upload Tr language files to FTP and settled it in to FTP language files. But when i change the language as Turkish from admin panel ->Arcade->main settings the white page error occurs. By this error to restart the Arcade xml product with its default settings we have to upload the Arcade product again. can you please let me know how to make it work in my forum as i am sending you the TR Language file below,
