where can i find "global_start plugin" ?

should i install those first :

Hook Location : global_start AME : Permission Hide AME - The Automatic Media Embeder Button Visibility Bitfields Quick Editor Improver Footer Addition Inactive User Reminder Emails JS_PLACEMENT by Ziki sids hide hack

should i install them from admincp ?

When you add a plugin, it is one of the locations in the dropdown. You may want to read this in the manual - Plugin System (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/plugin_system)

I strongly suggest you only install one plugin at a time. You need to make sure your forum is running OK after each one because if you install them all, and there is a conflict, it is harder to figure it out.
