when creating new thread, i want poster can choose prefixs , ex [music] , [movie] , [funny] ...

How to do that ? I'm using vbb 3.7

You need to create a set of prefixes to be used (admincp > thread prefixes) and then allow them to be used in the forum (forum manager > select forum > user selected prefix sets)
