Index forum image

Good day to each and everyone,i just wana ask something on how to have an image in my index forum,something like this:

there is a template edit i will have to look up to put images by category or forum ....second looks like it just have subforms under it ..do a search for sorky or cyb

that is sorkey subforum mod .... but a search should get your other mod or template edit real quick.
