Highly Integrated site

Hi, I am currently debating whether or not I want to buy vB. I had a few questions regarding the product:

1.) I am trying to have the forum/members be integrated into all of the website. This includes a page for rating certain types of gear similar to this webpage: http://www.rockclimbing.com/gear/
Is it possible to do something like this with vB?

2.) I'm trying to have a page dedicated to the locations of the members and the locations of other things. Is there a way to integrate google maps or google earth into a page with vb?

3.) About the calenders, is there a way for someone to make a post in an announcement like forum about an event that was to take place, that would automatically be added to a calender (user specified) if the user named a date for which the event were to be held?

All three of those are possible - however, such things would need to be customised to each site, and therefore, I have not seen such a modification for them. You will probably need to hire a programmer to do those things for you.
