Trying to remove the border around (tcat?) category strips

Hi, I'm trying to remove the border around the category strips, and between the vbmenu_'s

I've been playing with the templates and i've probably done more harm than good. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

I think you might be looking for the "extra" settings in CSS Selector: .thead in the MainCSS.
