turning off Fulltext search

hi

i wanna turn off Fulltext search engine and turn on vBulletin search engine, but in older version that was exist and i can't find it at 3.8.1 :confused:

how to do that ? :rolleyes:

at older vb version was fulltext search ... at 3.8.1 there isn't any !

there is only:
Allow searching for posts and threads within the forums. This is a relatively server-intensive process so you may want to disable it if you have problems.

but when i turned off this the Search Menu disabled at Forum :(

You will see something like:
Your forum is currently using the Fulltext search engine.
Click "Go" down the bottom.

there isn't any option for enable and disabling fulltext search engine
at Search Type, just find attached img :erm:

This is a menu option, not an option in the vBulletin Options.

As Marco said, you are looking in the wrong place. See the image and see Search Type under vBulletin Options:
