Stopping a member from searching for another member?

We are having problems with a member from our forum she constantly snoops up on another and as they live in the same place it is causing problems, without putting her on her ignore list which we have told her to do but she wont is there anyway the managers can stop her from searching and seeing posts of this particular member?

Use this one for forced ignore of users via adminCP (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=94193). This way an Admin can force a user to ignore another user. It works with 3.7/3.8.
Another addon suggestion would be miserable users (have a look at the search function). This will simulate a slashdotted server to those who haven been miserabled and makes searching almost impossible depending on your addon settings.
vb solution: advise your users to use their privacy features well. You can modify the way your profile and data is handled (visible only to friends/everyone/...) via userCP.I use a mixture of the mentioned addons and features to keep hecklers and stalkers in places. Also I would suggest to ask why the user is stalking. Sometimes there are really good reasons to do so - sometimes! ;)

You could also setup a similar usergroup that DOESNT allow member searches
