I am having some members complaining that the internet explorer can not display the page but it works fine for me and many others.
Now I have some guys telling me that the link from the favorites is not working but once again it works fine on my comp.
One guy told me that he got a "Navigation cancelled" error.
Any ideas on what this could be?
Thanks

I searched on Google, and found this (first result!).

Thanks.
I been doing some reading on that and I don't think that is the problem.
They are saying that they can open all other pages on the internet so I don't think is there internet explorer settings. This just started about 10 days ago, it was working fine before. Is there something I can change in the vb cp to fix this?
The only thing a changed lately is the forum layout, name and installed the amember software.

Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style :
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Now ask the 'problem' users to select that style and view the site using it. Do they still have this same problem?
And what is "amember software"?

Thanks I will try that.
I don't know much about amember as I just got that done. But seems like a good software for vb.
You can take a look: amember.com

Actually aMember might be the cause of this problem. You might want to try without it.

K, as soon as it slows down I will disable it and post back if that helped. It just tough to fix something if I don't have any problems on my comp so I just have to relay on members feedback. Thanks for all the help :)
