I have looked and looked and i dont see where the options is to allow my members to upload their own avatars.. anyone have an idea how i can enable this? Thanks in advance

Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit Usergroup > Picture Uploading Permissions > Can Upload Custom Avatars
