is their any mod which stops users browsing from proxy servers and how to know their orignal ip adress

and mod for blocking emails from*.ru as they have been spamming in my forum with a lot of porn and etc.,

Go to your vB ACP > vBulletin Options > User Banning Options > Banned Email Addresses

Enter 'mail.ru' and save. Should do the trick... I ban all AOL emails with the same method.
