Plugins Not Loading Help Please!!!

hello,

I am using vbulletin 3.8.1 version and whenever i install a plugin like the vb chatbox cyb-top 5 stats ..etc they never load meaning they appear on forum but it just says loading... forever on the plugin .

I Really Hope Someone will help me on this problem.
BTW im using hostgator hosting ..vbulletin 3.8.1 ...
