help desk for 3.8.1?

Is there a helpdesk for Vbulletin 3.8.1?

all i found while searching was the members area but you have to buy something to be able to use the ticket support.

And a helpdesk i found i forgot where i found it but you had to pay, is there any free ones??

There is a helpdesk mod on here.
It states its for 3.7, but it works fine for 3.8
