Payment API manager add a Snail Mail addres

Has anyone created a new Payment API where you can just put in your address for them to send money? Say they go through a checkout system, a page comes up with what they are purchasing and their username, they print it off with a check and you get the check, and update their account?

Anything like that out there yet?
