Before I must Thanks for your notice and sorry for my english:
In Arabic or Persian language we need this option in editor that we can write our post in vbulletin (like in word 2003 or 2007)

This option is not in your forum editor and our text in English have many error in Rtl text like picture that I show in bellow (i write a joke for you in my RTL forum in Englishhttps://vborg.vbsupport.ru/)
