Has someone ported the "vbulletin 3 silver" style for the AdminCP to be used as style in the main forums?

Yes, I searched both here and on vbulletin.com a number of times. I also did a Google search.

The "vbulletin 3 silver" AdminCP style is very nice. It would make a great main forum theme.
