but last night i tryed to download Moderator Application System and it says that this
MAD--DOG, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.


and am mad buc i got this mode for another site and i want to know why
cant i get this from the site i payed for ??

Modifications that have been moved to the graveyard are not allowed to be downloaded. The modification was released on vB.org perfectly free - if you paid for it on another site, that's what you need to sort out with them.

nop i did not pay for it i got it for free from there!! so ya when i say i want to know why
cant i get this from the site i payed for ?? i mean vb.org

Well, as Dismounted pointed out, if its in the modification graveyard, it was moved there for a specific reason and is no longer accessible for you to download.

As to "you paid for access", sorry, but you did NOT pay to access this site, this site is FREE and as long as you hold a valid vbulletin license, you can download the modifications released for free on this site.
