Possible for mods to put different users on each others ignore lists?

Is it possible to do so? We have 2 users and they always fight with each other but theyre also valuable members and i dont want to ban them. Is it possible for me (admin) to put them on each other's ignore list and stop them from removing each other from that list?

If you put them on each other's ignore list, they could just remove the other person. I think there is a mod called something like Forced Ignore that you can use. Search on "ignor*" in "all mods" "titles only"
