Change Prefix ID

How can I change a prefix ID?

In the prefix manager there is no option for it.

You cannot do so in default vbulletin.

(And, just as added info.... the prefixid is stored in the database and then it is used for the phrases. You would have to change both. But, I have never done so, so I have no idea if those are the only places it is used.)
