vBulletin Plugin/product

hello,

I am needing help coding a plugin/product for my forum.

If I show you this pic i will be able to explain more..

If you see those 4 boxes, 2 to the right and 2 to the left.

First how would i be able to get them placed there?

and next I would not know how to make it so that I could edit the text inside the box from admincp > vbulletin options instead of editing the templates everytime i will be updating them

If anyone would be willing to help me out i would be very greatful. .

I have been told it is near impossible for me to be taught this in the time frame i am wanting it up and running by..

so please all help is welcome :)

That is what i wanted! I really didn't think someone had made it..

but there is a few extra things i would need this..

would there be a way a modeator could edit what was in the columns from modcp and would I be able to choose what each usergroup could see in the columns?
