Member Search Is it Possible?

Just wondering if this is possible?

I would like to add a link to navbar named member search

Then have this go directly to the advanced search option

all u would have to do is well create the link in the nav bar and link it to

http://your URL/memberlist.php?do=search

I did some digging around and found this mod

and was pleased to find that it works on vB 3.8.1 all though written for 3.7
