I cant figure out how to get my vbadvanced sidebars (Site Navigation, Search Forums, Current Poll, Buddy List) To my forums pages and also I did have a sidebar on the right until I changed Skins. I am a vbulletin/vbadvanced newbie so any ideas or suggestions would be gladly appreciated.

also I would like my forums new post options like the ones in the forums I have the post icons but that is all
