Images for usergroups in postbit

How would I got about having each member of a usergroup have a specific image right above the join date. I'm not finding this in the admin CP anywhere, so I assume I need to edit the template.

The question is, how do I go about doing this?

This is part of the User Ranks system, you can add the images through the Rank Manager.

Aren't those based on post count?

User Ranks can be usergroup-based.
