This has been driving me crazy...
Most of the time, when I write a new profile field, the name and description never show up.
Also with notices. I double checked the notices and there is text there..It just doesn't show up at all..It's just blank.
Does anyone know what I should do?

Sounds like a caching issue, maybe. Are you making sure to do a Force Refresh on your browser when you go to see if the notice/profile field is there?

I pressed the refresh millions of times.. still not showing up.
That's force refresh right?

A force refresh is not just hitting refresh. On a mac, it's Shift + Refresh. Not sure about a PC.
Are you using the datacache system? Is /datastore chmod to 777? Is the file datastore_cache.php updating when you do things in your admin cp?

did you try the default style from vBulletin, to see if the situation occur there too ?! if not, your custom style may be outdated and not display the information the proper way...

If you have installed "vBOptimize", disable this modification.
