When sending PM to admin

I don't know if it's possible, but I am wanting to have a warning/notice message shown to users when they are about to send a PM to an administrator.

Anybody know how I can accomplish this?

You'll need to edit template pm_newpm and maybe add some code relating to $pm['recipients']

Me being as unexperienced as I am, am not helped by your post. It's a start, but it doesn't explain what I need to do.
