anyway to put a picture inside a particular forum section?

I want to put in a picture inside one of my forum sections, not anywhere in a thread, but one forum section. Is there anyway to do that?

Sure. Find the template (FORUMDISPLAY?) and put a condition around what you want to show:

</if>
