Integration to a Gallery/Video Software

I am trying to find an all inclusive Video/Gallery Software that will offer Hosting for my forum that is integrated with VB 3.8.

Any suggestions??

Gallery2
PHPMotion
VidiScript

Any suggestions...I want this to be seamless for my members...they are not the brightest bunch... :eek:
