1. Go into adminCP
2. Usergroups
3. Usergroup Manager
4. On the right, select the usergroup you want to change the color of, and click on edit and Go.
5. Go to Username HTML Markup and add this in the fields:

first box <strong style="color:red">
second box </strong>

Oh, well that would be the threadbit template you need to add conditionals and CSS codes to display the various usergroups you have defined.

You can use the Rank system to do what you want, make a new rank for each group that you want to have the colored user group name display under their user title.

Given the terse response I got from my first reply, I think the requirement is for the username in the "thread" titles to be colored according their usergroup. I don't think the rank system fills that requirement, I might be wrong but would be glad to be enlightened about it.
