Change my URL

My forums link right now is www.maddentology.com...
How would I change that to www.maddentology.com/forum

you would have to create a new directory called forum, move all the vb files there and edit your url in admin cp

My fourms was the homepage until I finished the complete site. Now that the complete site is done I wanna make the forums now be www.maddentology.com/forum. Does that make sense? And how would I do that?
