some attached no display

after upgrade to 3.6.11

attached file in some posts does not display

in post number 3 attached not display but in 1 & 2 post number not have this problem

Are you 100% sure there is an attachment to those posts. It looks to me like there is no attachment.

Then pleae open a support ticket as it is difficult to troubleshoot this without access to your server.
