[SIMPLE] vB.org in your ACP

#################################What Does This Do?This adds a drop down menu to the left panel of your Admin CP with links to the vB.org Homepage, Forums, Modifications, Articles, Modifications, Styles, and Graphics. Clicking a link will load your selected section in the right panel like it normally does for Admin controls.
This ultimately allows you to browse, reply, download, etc vB.org without ever leaving your forum.
Installation instructions:
Download the supplied XML
Upload to {root}/includes/xml/
Reload your Admin CP and you should see it on your left panel.FAQ:Q: It says "Invalid File"
A: You are trying to import it using the products manager, this IS NOT A PRODUCT. Upload it to your {root}/includes/xml/ folder.
Q: How can I uninstall this?
A: Remove the XML
Q: Does this alter the database or any templates?
A: No, this does not alter anything as this isn't a product.
