It's a bit slow - not as fast as here - but not that bad. I've been to sites which are much, much worse.

loaded it from my iPhone at a solid speed. Seems good to me.

yes its a bit slow also here..
but if i rated this speed i would say its 6 out of 10

Yeah I found the britmovie.net/ really slow to load (around 30 seconds or so), but the forums were great - 2 or 3 seconds max to load threads. I don't think you could realistically ask for anything more

14 seonds to load up the home page from a 20mb uk connection

30mb USA connection and the forum page loads pretty fast for me.
The main page loads slower then a turtle though.
tracert showed every hop less then 40ms as well. (looks like godaddy)

I bit slow here. Your yslow score is 65 for that page - the same pages on my site gets an 89. Have a look at optimisations tips in these forums for help on speeding things up. This thread puts together a lot of the top tips:

Okay heres what you can do call your server company and get them to restart your apache system and that should spped it up.
