LLP messaging system

I have been looking for a enternal messaging system for my forum. Its called LLP Instant message. I have seen this mod on other forums. I am not sure if this is a free mod, or if I need to buy it. in any case I can not find it.. Does any one know about this.
any help is greatly appreciated.

This sounds great. You mean like a built in aim messenger on your forum?

exactly... I've seen it on 2 different forums so far.. on the bottom of the page (who's online) or next to the members name there is an icon when you click the icon a message box pops up (the characters are limited) you type your message hit enter and it pops up to the member (he has to be online).

I think your talking about vbpager or infernoshout (which uses way to many queries)
