How do I Add Links into the ModCP

I want to be able to add a link into the Modcp for my Graphics Moderator to be able to use the HS-SOTW Hack.

How do I do it?

Do I have to edit the XML of the product? If So, What do I add?

Even if you added the link, the moderator would get a no permission error (I'm assuming you're going to link to an Admin CP page).

I was going to link to the settings of that particular hack (like the zoints forum ban, moderators can use it)
