how can i install wanring in my forum.as i saw some forum have easy way to give warning like warning and a warning is issued....how can i have this hack in my forum???using VB3.8.1

is there any coding for adding moderators warning...i have seen in another forum..they have coding like warnings and it adds warning coding in there.as like the picture bellow
