Are you talking about the Chief first post (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=178331) mod? Or are you talking about how the mod forums are on their own page with the tab at the top linking to them?

I'm talkiing about the way you can see mods and "click install" the authors post the info on their mods and so on and so forth.
