Disable [img] BBCode in Quotes

I did a quick search but was having problems finding an answer what I would like to do is when someone quotes a post containing an image the img code becomes disabled, basically like a but just for the images.

Example

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/02/24.gif

would look something like this:

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/02/24.gif


instead of this:
Example

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/02/24.gif

I would like to see this too. I have members all the time quoting messages with images an I usually delete them myself.

There is the mod for 3.0. It can probably be updated to use with 3.8.
