is there such thing? where my users can fill out the info and hit generate and it generates a post so all they have to do is copy and paste it?

I'm afraid I don't understand. There is a Stencil mod where the post is 'pre-filled' and the user can just make changes. Or you can install a Form hack where they fill out various input fields and the form creates the post.
