Plugin for "was this answer helpful?"

Hello,

I am looking for a plugin that will allow users in the registered usergroup to select a "was this answer helpful?" radio button and for a way for the administrator to see the list of all threads to which the answer was "no".

Does anyone know where I can get such a plugin and if this even exists.
