How do I use Title tags on the main page for subforum description?

On the main page of my vbulletin forum I would like my subforums to have mouseover alt text popup for the description of the subforum when you move your mouse over the link.
Has anyone done this before?

It is not the "alt" tag, but the "title" tag. You can add this to the link by editing the forumhome_forumbit_level2_post template.

I am looking to show title tags on the main page subforum links, for the description of the subforum itself. Not the description of the container.

I have been working on this for several hours and don't have a solution.

Any suggestions?

Following the very logical template names, one would think forumhome_subforumbit_post would be it? No?
