3.8.1 Problem

Upgraded forum from 3.6.12 to 3.8.1 ;
all members avatar disappeared.
Any suggestion on how to fix it via Admin CP?
Or
Is this something to do with members albums?

They should not have disappeared. You may want to check your postbit(_legacy) template to see if it is up-to-date. Do they show on the member.php page?
