Ex-moderator can still access the staff forum

I've got an annoying little problem where an ex-moderator was moved from the moderators group back to the members group... and she can still access the forum designated for mods/admin ONLY. All other members in the members group are unable to even SEE the staff forum. How is this happening and what must I do to fix it?

Maybe check the access masks. Also, make sure she is in the regular usergroup and you didn't simply just remove her moderator title.
