How to refresh admincp

For example, I change the way posts will go (from older to newer) and now, its just for new members, how to refresh it that it comes and already registered members?

The setting you have changed is only the default for new users and guests.

Each member can set his own preference in his user profile.

how then you explain this - put posts from newer to older, after few reg, change it back - these users will still have the same problem
then you must change it manually to them
