Payed advertising. Vendor pays to add link.

Ive been looking around and maybe I just missed it. I love some of the advertising mod's but I'm looking for one that has a pay to advertise feature.

Vendor submits his link with payment (Paypal) to moderation for approval. If approved its listed in cats or forum like display page. A small banner beside the link would be great.

Anyone know of a mod like this for 3.7+ :D

i've been looking for something like this myself.

the only solution i can think of though, is to add the paypal donate and a banner rotator mod, and have the user donate X amount and pm/email the banner to you so that you can add it manually.
