need a help to optimize my server

I really need a help to optimize my new server

it's very very slow .. it takes 3-5 min to open a page

and this is my server info

100 Mbps Uplink
2000 GB Bandwidth
2 GB RAM
SATA
250 GB IDE/SATA HDD - Upgrade
IPMI
x6 Drive Capacity
cPanel/WHM with Fantastico Processor info
